"Is a nice property at a good price, but it took me until morning to figure out why a higher floor was more expensive (In a 4 floor bldg). I could hear every step from the early risers in the room above me. All other things were good. It is a nice place in a convenient location."

"Indoor pool was advertised but it was closed for renovations, they said it would open while I was there but then pushed it day by day and it never opened while I was there. The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. Extremely loud banging from other guests constantly and even all night long for 3 nights. I told the staff and nothing happened. "It's in a convenient location. The rooms are very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable."

"Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel."

"This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. "The sheets were dirty, and when I went to go ask, they gave me a set of clean sheets for me to do my own bed, so I told her either to refund me the money for me to do my own bed or to give me a different room. Finally, she gave me another room. & the sheets were all stained. Also not good. in the bathroom. There was a used soap. I don’t know if they even clean their rooms or not."

"We were staying for 4 nights. $515.00. First 2 days clean room. 2nd 2 days not cleaned. I had asked for soap and didn't get it. When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. "Excellent newer property. Staff went above and beyond when we left something in the fridge. Breakfast was excellent. Used the pool and hot tub and both were clean and well maintained."

"My bed was full of dog hair. When I informed the staff they did not clean my room, they only changed the sheets. My wife spent the entire stay (10 days) sick with asthma and cough. If the place accepts pets, they should clean well or at least not mix the rooms. I didn't expect to have such a bad time in a new place. Also I didn't like that the room was not cleaned in the 10 days we stayed. I don't recommend it at all."
