"It was a great location, although it’s outside the main stream Dublin it is so easy to get around via bus or train. The apartment was nice and spacious and it was great to have a full size oven with four burner hob. The kitchen/dining/living room combo was great. Having the washer & dryer in suite was great. The bed was quite firm which worked for me but challenged my husband, but that’s all a personal preference. The welcome starter items were fantastic. Coffee, tea, milkers, sugar, laundry...

"I needed to leave a day early. I messaged customer service, they sent me to Expedia for a refund even though I paid the hotel directly."

"The location and external facade were amazing. However, our room was right next to the hotel events centre. With a wedding until 12:30 and a noisy pack up until 2:30, it wasn’t very restful. Additionally, our room was serviced even though we had a sign out not to enter and they automatically checked us out early, even though we hadn’t left the hotel yet or running late."

The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! "We splurged on a single night here upon arriving in Dublin and it was so worth it. We made a beeline for the pool when we arrived and it did wonders to help us shake off travel fatigue. "The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great.
