"Whatsapp the owner and she gets you in touch with her brother for round trip transportation from airport to the apartment. Very easy. Apartment is steps away from old town and all the action. Apt is a typical good apartment with everything you need. Best was just the communication with the driver and host. Makes it so nice and easy."

"The hotel has a bar club which is very noisy until midnight. I cannot believe it happens that a 5stars hotel don’t give a quiet circumstance so that their client is able to sleep. When I ask for helps, the staff say they can do nothing. It is absolutely the worst and terrible I have ever seen in all my hotel experience. Even worse than any motel."

"The location was excellent! Walking distance to all major sites and museums. Public transportation (buses and trolleys) were very efficient and free. Just be aware that the hotel is inside a residential building. So, don’t be surprised when you arrive. It’s not specifically marked. Be sure to have the address handy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit."

"The lounge area of the hotel was great. Room was clean but the hall ways and room feels outdated. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet- no complaints, plenty of options available. Strong smoke smell in staircase area. Pool area and spa needs attention- shame really. No towels in changing room, the space / entrance to pool clutter but maybe due to building work, near the spa lift that guests use from rooms."
