This is a really fabulous small hotel. The mostly young staff are wonderful and have really good customer service skills. The room we had was large and warm and really nicely decorated. the lady that was at the front desk when we checked in and majority of stay was so lovely and welcoming, it really makes a difference being greeted with kindness like that. the room was nice and cozy, plenty of tea for us to get through! whole experience was perfect
