"Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!"

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Ms. Gisela, housekeeper, did a fantastic job. We always came back to our rooms with clean towels and room. The staff from front desk to doorman were all amazing. I have to point out the delicious dinner experience we had. The ceviche, seafood pasta, steak and wine were absolutely outstanding. I recommend this place to everyone. The location is excellent, close to everything. You will not be disappointed!"

"The hotel was located in an excellent location. The room and facility was spotless. Only 1 thing that we didn't like - everyday we returned to our room, the cleaning person was just chilling in our room. It was like we startled her by returning and she'd start back cleaning. We enjoyed the free food at the lounge for breakfast and throughout the day. The pool was amazing. We walked to a breakfast cafe a couple blocks away, walked to dinner one evening. The hotel is connected to a mall and a grocery store. If we return to Cartegena, we will definately stay here again."

"The staff was amazing. The rooms were big and updated. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok. I will have one negative comment to make. The Hotel did not have an elevator it was all stairs. I was put in a room on the 4th floor. I have knee problems and that was horrible for me. When it rained the stairs would get wet and I was afraid to fall. I requested another room and they were completely booked. They should mention that on the hotel website. The fifth floor which was the rooftop was nice, had a small pool and a beautiful view of one of the churches, unfortunately it rained every day I was there, so I was not able to use the pool. This is small boutique hotel. Very safe. I would rate them a 9/10 because of the elevator issue."

The attention to detail was outstanding, especially when it came to the cleanliness of our room. Everything was impeccably maintained, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The location was another major highlight—within walking distance of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and tourist destinations, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Everything was perfect, and the staff was absolutely incredible. We wholeheartedly recommend Amanda Hotel Boutique and would gladly stay there again. We can’t wait to return!"
