"The room has cracks all over the walls. Staff was not available during a disturbance at 3 am. Elevator was out of service. You can tell the bathroom had mold on the ceiling they attempt to wipe away. Not sure how this place has high reviews. We will not be returning."

"The breakfast was very good and reasonable. Had a lot of earring choices each day, nothing major but very acceptable. Their air-conditioning worked great."

"A little slow on the check-in. Nice rooms and nice amenities. Friendly staff. A little noisy in my room by the elevator. Elevator sticks a little bit at the ground level. The stairways need some attention; cleaned and remove standing water on the floor. Loved the bartender, friendly and helpful. Good food from the bar as well. Great prices. Will stay again."

"Absolutely terrible experience. The owner of this property is beyond unprofessional. He flat out refused to accept tap to pay — in 2026, what hotel doesn't accept basic payment methods? When I tried to work it out, he was rude and dismissive about the whole thing. Then he refused to refund the room. I almost ended up sleeping in my truck because of this man's stubbornness. "BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it. "Nice hotel, friendly staff;"

"Old and out dated. Took a while for the staff to come to the front desk. The walls were paper thin. It’s right next to a freeway and so very noisy. "
