"It was a great place over all"

"Location to train to Fenway was great! The fire alarm in the room had a bring light which made it hard to sleep. Gym towels were very low quality, smelled terrible and all towels in room smelled musty. At check-in, I requested my rewards number be added to the stay if it already hadn’t been added and received a lecture about booking with Expedia instead of directly with hotel."

"I enjoyed sharing the space with other guests and getting to know them. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station."

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "The traffic noise was too high at the four floor in room 431, and it's throughout the day because of the hotel closeness to highway. The windows need to be soundproofed. Other than this, it was great."

"While the property per se is clean, the bed's are springy and not nice. The rooms are too small. There is a strong smoke smell in the apartment. The neighborhood of the property is not a desirable one. While they said it can accomodate 3 in a room with extra bed, there is literally no space around the bed to even walk let alone someone sleep. I ended up not staying and did not even get a sorry or any refund from the property owner. "

"Paid parking is next door"

"We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot. Overall, the room was nice and spacious, and the decor was lovely however, the television only faces too awkward dining room chairs versus being able to...

"Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. "

"Stayed for a 5 nights, woken up every night by the garbage truck outside between 2-4am every night. Tried to move to another room and called up to change and every time they said they would call me back…. Which they didn’t. Room was pleasant, clean and a good location otherwise."

"Everything was immaculately clean and well organized, check-in process had several steps but was automated and easy. Loved the location, short walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, and subway. "

"Don’t go in Spring or Fall. It was cold and rainy and they said its a 70 year old building so the AC was on for summer so no heat in rooms "

"Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom."
