"Desde que llegamos el personal se portó excesivamente amable. Nos dieron una bebida de bienvenida mientras esperamos la habitación con upgrade con vista a la ciudad. El restaurante es muy bueno y el desayuno mejor. Es de esos hoteles que cuidan los detalles y lo hacen sentir a uno como que estuviera en casa. Sin duda me volvería a quedar allí."

"Stayed during the hottest weeks in France and the air condition went well. The strength of the air condition was stronger in the lower level of our room than the upper level. Enjoyed the multi-level room, it was unique and had a charming aesthetic. Comfortable beds. Wifi was strong and worked well. Room was clean. Staff assisted with the private parking situation when the roads were blocked. Breakfast was also great with healthy alternatives."

"We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. It is in an interesting part of the city, but sadly it was too hot to explore. There is an elevator and breakfast was good."

"We were very warmly welcomed by all staff. we enjoy the dinner buffet and also breakfast. However, as a foreign visitor it was unclear how to access parking and the elevator to the parking. We had to park temporarily in front and check in to get directions. Result from lack of information, we unloaded at street then parked underground hauling some cases upstairs (later found there was a separate elevator to the parking.). I don’t remember that information being shared with the online...

"Chambre avec sdb en mezzanine mais douche sans bac, l'eau a ruisselé au plafond et a coulé dans la chambre. Par chance seules mes chaussures ont reçu des éclaboussures. Ce n'était visiblement pas la 1ère fois car la peinture était déjà boursouflée à certains endroits. J'ai dû éponger... Eau froide en fin de douche, mauvaise évacuation de l'eau du lavabo. Petit déjeuner : arrivée vers 9h (servi jusqu'à 10h00), il a fallu que j'insiste pour avoir du pain classique car seul 1/4 de baguette aux...
