"The room was immaculate! It housed all 11 guests comfortably. It truly was beautiful and a great fit for a large party. The amenities in the room are unmatched in comparison to standard hotels. The only thing I wish was different was the parking. It’s very limited but there is free parking outside of the hotel, but the slopes are super steep and not guaranteed. Otherwise an amazing place with friendly attentive staff. I will be booking here again."

"Its affordable, its anterior is unique, the staff are very nice and helpful, its a historic building and its near a lot of stuff so you dont have to travel far to go to exciting places. And for the people who aren't exactly fans of night life celebrations going on, the windows are capable of being sealed shut to eliminate 90% of the loud noise. I was staying on the night Mexico won against Ecuador and the celebrations going on outside were loud. The moment I shut the windows, boom, silence."

"The room was clean and the staff were nice. The lobby was stunning as was the elevator vestibule on my room floor. The room was nice but I was disappointed by how small the room was. I wasn’t there long enough to use amenities."

"The room was spacious and very modern and clean, the staff were very helpful with any requests like deliveries etc. Good location. We walked daily to the convention center and Gaslamp area. The daily $23 tab was great - perfect for getting a drink at the end of the day. The bar staff were always friendly."

"We only stayed one night. The hotel architecture was beautiful as it is an old bank building. Our stay was quick but we had no issues with our stay. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the surrounding community. It’s in the downtown area of the Gaslamp district and with any downtown area you have homeless people. It’s unfortunate but a reality. I would caution those with families as we also observed drug use with the homeless people on and around that block of the hotel. It’s more...
