"The hotel advertises sauna and steam room these are not available I booked so I can use these amenity’s and the Spa none of these were available when asked about them there not even apology as my booking was based on these amenity’s being available "

"The staff are excellent here. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy with everything. Our room was spacious and clean. It overlooked the street which we found a little noisy at night due to lots of traffic. The breakfast had lots of different breads, spreads etc.. very good!"
