"This place really needs to be updated. The hotel is very old and weathered. For the price, I feel like it would benefit by being updated. We left really early in the morning fore check out and we couldn't figure out how to get out of the hotel. We were looking around and the front staff was sleeping in another part of the lobby in the dark room so we didn't see him. Then he said, well you should have called out for me. But we were talking at normal volume and he was not too far but didn't hear us. So he blamed him sleeping on us not looking harder for him or yelling out to him. That was not a good experience. Overall, would not stay again."

"My daughter and I arrived early with a dilemma of no data and esim not working. Staff gAve us an available room and pointed us in the right direction to obtain help. Clean property that is close to a lot of things like the Airport and Parc Phoenix. We will stay here again and strongly recommend. Starr"

"Slow check in ancross all desks. Left/checked luggage took a long time. No bellman to do this slowed the whole process down. Very few staff at lobby bar."
