"One of the best accommodations we have EVER stayed in, plus it was super convenient for visiting our University of Otago student. Parking was included just steps from the building and the property was very well maintained. "A very easy walk into the centre city and safe to walk at night too. Despite being on a main thoroughfare, there was no audible road noise. This is probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at. Ive stayed before and will continue to come back, hopefully in a couple of months when all the azaleas and rhododendrons are flowering in the central courtyard."

"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

"Friendly, welcoming host upon arrival, ample parking, easy access to ground floor suite. Unfortunately the shower was rather dated and quite small, especially for people that are 6 foot and 6 foot plus. Other than that it was a great place to stay."

"Location was perfect. Right by restaurants and shops. Parking also available. Two bedroom unit was good Instructions left for TV which is always helpful and there was a radio. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"Stayed in a 2-bed unit and although well appointed and pleasantly decorated, we found the downstairs bedrooms to be very cold, with the wall heaters and bedding insufficient to keep you warm at night. The upstairs lounge/kitchen area definitely benefited from a heat pump. Another plus was the spacious bathroom with heated towel rack, heater and excellent shower pressure. Parking, while available and free, can be tight to manoeuvre into and out off depending on your car size and unit location."
