"Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "

Built in music/speakers in the bathroom was cool, bed very cozy, a little too much furniture stuffed into the room so had to move around to accommodate our luggage, but overall a lovely place to stay over Christmas 🎄excellent location, restaurant on site was superb as was the breakfast each morning."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s within a 25 min walk to the city center but there are regular buses a block away that go right into the city center which make it super convenient. The hotel gave us a free pass for the bus. It was a breeze going back and forth the 2 days we were there. Also the hotel is walking distance to the main train terminal. "

From the check in where you get personal attention from Ulrike and have all questions answered over a glass of sparking wine or tea, to the magnificent rooms, to the wonderful in house restaurant. The location in the old town could not be better. A few minutes walk to the cable car up to the fortress, to the many shops in the old town.
