The hotel was in an amazing location just across the river from the Altstadt. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The property is very well maintained and the amenities are great. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the lobby bar was great for drinks. We did eat at The Sacher Grill and the food and service were 5*.

Mr. Saymon provided excellent service. I would like to suggest to the other front desk staff (I don't know his name, he was a man with glasses and a slight beard) that Thai people don't drink tap water, and a 5-star hotel shouldn't refuse to provide clean bottled drinking water. Everything else is okay.

Weekend at Salzburg

Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful view of the river and castle from the room and a very cozy and vibrant bar/lounge. Will stay here again next year.
