"Wish the air conditioning was working better. Or maybe working at all. Thank goodness I was able to open my window."

"We were greeted by a very stoic and unhelpful staff member who let us know that we had to pay $100 fee for having our two small dogs with us. We were unaware of this policy as it was not listed on Expedia so we mentioned being surprised and the concierge ignored us and handed us papers to sign. We were a little put off (as we would have gone to another hotel if we had known) but then the room was SO cold and for some reason we couldn't turn the heat up more than 70. There wasn't a real comforter on the bed- it was very thin and the bed was uncomfortable. the only nice part of this stay was the veteran checking us out who was so kind and I witnessed him being very attentive to another guest. Will not be staying here again."

"My room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the pillows nice and fluffy. The location was quiet and the parking lot was well lit and safe. The only downside was the banging noise that happened every day and night"

"The Gardner Inn is very comfortable. We stayed in the John Waters quest room which was attractive with a touch of camp (as it should be). We slept beautifully. Breakfast and coffee were bot delicious. We especially enjoyed our conversation with the other guests and with innkeeper, John. Thank you for a great stay."

"Breakfast menu so expensive, parking is good. I got room 3.25pm, & they were giving us other room. Not same room. "
