"We had a WONDERFUL stay here! The themed rooms were very charming, the history was fascinating to learn, and the hosts were very attentive to details. From the water fountains in the garden, to the hanging flower baskets, the porch swings, lights, freshly popped popcorn, the game room, fire table out back and all the uniquely designed rooms, the entire experience was lovely, relaxing and very welcoming.
And then...there was the BREAKFAST. The staff were so kind and attentive - the service was phenomenal. The breakfast was included with the room, 3 courses predetermined that day by the chef...and it was truly truly amazing. We started fresh walnut date scones with a maple glaze, followed by a beautiful small fruit parfait with home made granola, then the eggs Benedict over a lovely stacked smoked/grilled ham and crispy haskbrown with home made hollandaise and fresh veggies on the side. We felt we were at a fine dining restaurant and it was truly one of the best breakfasts we've had anywhere! This level of charm, care, and personality, is a thing you don't find in big chain hotels. The only improvement I might suggest is adding AC units. We will be visiting again"
"Very clean comfortable room, prepared with care and furnished with extras for the guests. The Inn and its grounds down to the water itself is beautiful. Our host/chef was very friendly and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. Ample parking. Would definitely consider a return trip."

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Mike & Adele are excellent hosts, providing lovely and very clean accommodations and breakfast served hot and fresh every morning. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids, complete with life jackets and noodles! They also provided a fantastic guide to attractions in the area - we visited many and had a great time! Thank you again for such a great stay!!
