"I loved the location. As well.as the serenity of the area. The center garden was quaint and enjoyable. You can walk to the beach. The water was super hot and I truly loved that. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. The owners were super friendly and kind. Price point was excellent. Great place and I will definitely stay again."

"The property was in transition from Marriot. The phones did not work in half the rooms. The breakfast was almost non existent. They ran out of toilet paper. Had to request from another hotel. The ice machine did not work. Did not have enough towels and wash cloths in the room. They tried to over charge me $150 on my reservation. I had to fight to get correct price. You could see where they were still working on change over. Equipment was still in hallways.Tgey had no facial tissues in rooms....

"They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside."

"Stayed 5 days at this property. Did not have our room cleaned once. They emptied the trash cans one time, did not leave towels or make beds. There were coke cans on the balcony when we arrived, bathroom was not the cleanest either. I asked for towels to be brought to our room and was told I would have to come and pick them up myself. The view from the balcony was very nice but I will not be returning."

"The property was very run down; pot holes in the parking lot, rusty buildings, the clerk was obviously baby sitting her grand children and they were running around the lobby. The rooms did not look that bad except the bed was very noisy and several outlets did not work."

"If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!"

"I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

"The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service."
