"We only stayed for one night before a morning flight from Carcassonne but wish we could have stayed longer! Our hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable without being intrusive. "This small hotel is right at the base of the medieval city of Carcassonne, and had amazing views of the ramparts from our room and from a small roof terrace. Staff were really helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants. The walls between rooms were a little thin, but the location was so quiet that we could sleep with the windows open. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a small hotel, and the beautiful garden next to the breakfast room was truly delightful. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located very close to the Medieval City of Carcassonne, and we could even see the castle walls from our room window. It is also very convenient for walking to other attractions and even to the newer part of the city. The lady at the front desk, Caroline, was very warm, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet, which met our main requirements for a good stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of choices. The hotel also provides free parking for guests in the courtyard. This was the best parking experience we had during our entire trip through Spain and France, especially compared with many other hotels where the parking entrances and spaces were much tighter. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would happily stay here again."

"Lovely spacious apartment with a balcony. Very good value for money. Used the swimming pool a couple of times and was the only person in there. Be aware it is in a retirement complex. The only negative is that the apartment wasn't cleaned while we were there (5 nights) and there were no cleaning products in there to do this ourselves. We were able to collect clean towels from reception but the used ones were not collected. Should have just asked. Having said all that, I would stay there again and simply buy some cleaning wipes."
