"What a great hotel! We arrived in Seattle early and the hotel stored our bags so we could go and see the sights. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Loved the decor which tried to fit the atmosphere of the early 1900’s when the building was originally constructed. Breakfast included and was delicious. Enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar. Room was immaculate. So glad we chose to stay here!"

"Was woken up at 5am by protesters picketing over the strike one job should be enough. Was super annoyed with the staff as the did nothing to stop them. "

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"Lovely people at a charming house with character, in a perfect location. Had a lovley balcony area which i enjoyed snacks. I was able to purchase some wine from the B&B. Everybody i encountered was lovely, including the super friendly black lab and white kitty. I will be back for sure! "

"This was a wonderful overnight stay in order to take in seeing Phantom of the appears just up the street at the Paramount Theatre. Come to Seattle quite a bit and this is the first time staying at the Hyatt on Olive- it will not be our last! The service was excellent and came off effortless- we had an active 2 year old in our party and everyone was very kind and supportive.
