"The room was nice and spacious, the service impeccable, the gym was small but had free towels you could use and ice-cold water, which was great! The staff was so nice and you even get a free public transport voucher to use, so you can see Basel all you want!"

"Very disappointing. Was told at check-in that breakfast was either buffet or we could order off the menu. Next morning we went to the restaurant to order a small breakfast and were told we could not - it was the buffet or nothing. They said we could go to the bistro/bar for a light breakfast. We went there at 9:40am and the sign at the entrance said they didn't open until 11am. Then went to the front desk and they said it was open and serving food.
