"Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches. One was dead under a table. we checked in shortly after 2:00. "There are no phones in the rooms. Guests are required to WhatsApp msg in with issues. They monitor it poorly, however, which meant frequent trips downstairs. Some of the waitstaff could urgently use some training about how to wait tables. "

Forced to consume on street as wouldn't pay surcharge. Advertised buffet breakfast, later told only provide buffet breakfast, depending on guest numbers. "Mango ave is about a 15 min walk away, but mango ave is dead now except for uptown. The staff is really friendly and they work hard but the views arent the best, the beds are hard, theres some random ants but i guess thats what you get for $20 per night cant complain"
