"I asked for a peppermint tea bag and an extra bottle of water in the afternoon which never arrived, then I asked the cleaning lady again, they ended sending me all the other types of tea bags I did not need. The young lady at the reception also seems inexperienced, she shows willingness to help earnestly, however she did not remember that she promised to send some ice to our room which never happened. Alas, otherwise our experience would have been very good!"

"Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!!
