"Hotel e receptivo maravilhosos. O Atendimento de toda equipe foi fantástica com destaque para a Andrea e Andrés. Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso. Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência. O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos....

Como ele pertence a uma rede de hotéis foi possível usufruir as instalações dos outros que são de categoria superior, sem custo adicional. Fica longe do centro, mas compensa por seu em local um pouco menor barulhento que no no centro da cidade. Funcionários atenciosos."
