"The room was spacious. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it previously. The breakfast was ok, pretty minimal in offerings. The common restroom from the lobby was without soap in the dispenser. Overall it was a good stay, just need to clean up the little things."

"If you need a cheap place to lay down and dont care then this is the place for you. The sheets were stained on one of the beds and the door while it locked did not close flush. The vending machine had bars on it and it says $1.50 but dont expect your change. This place served its purpose but I do not plan to come back. "

"Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. "We had a wonderful time at this property at Georgia Tech our first time in downtown Atlanta. It was modern inviting and very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the food that we had while we were there both at the breakfast buffet and in the evening at the bar was amazing. The price is right. "This is the most affordable place to stay in the area for sure. We came into town just to get passports and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel and parking. Parking is free here. You get a studio apartment with everything you need too. The only thing not done were some dirty utensils the previous guests hid in the clean utensils, which was weird on the guest's part.
