"The staff are amazing and very helpful, room was spotless and perfectly cool which saved my life in the heatwave! When you become a club member, you get 1 day breakfast for free which I should mention had a good variety of food items and included both hot and cold options. Location is also very convenient, 15-20 minutes walk to the most popular tourist destinations in Milan."

"Cute little hotel in Milan, near Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie. Room was spacious and staff was super friendly. They offered a good breakfast and is also located across from a supermarket and bakery. Safe, quiet and strong AC and WiFi. Great value!"

"The room was very comfortable and spacious, kept very clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and there is a beautiful courtyard on the property. The breakfast is very fresh and has a wide variety of options. The hotel is located in an area with many good restaurants around, and the subway is a short walk away. "The room is really clean and quiet. The balcony seats are quite dusty so I did not use them. It would be nice if the cleaning staff could clean the balcony furniture too. The breakfast offers ample choices for guests and the dining area is really clean. Good if the seat in the room would have a back rest instead of a tiny stool. The hallway and stair area wood fixtures are really old and have a mouldy smell. I think it needs renovation to gut out old construction material and remove the...

"Clean apartment, convenient to train and sights."

"The room was clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient (within close walking of the metro station). The only drawback we experienced is that the shower does not have enough pressure. When turned all the way to hot water, the water is very small and lukewarm. When turned in the middle, more water comes but it is cold water."

"Very nice Hostel. Perfect location, great activities to meet other travellers and nice amenities. Only caveat is they do not provide rugs for the bathroom and do not clean often enough given the number of people using them by room. Would stay here again!"

"Great location. Walking distance 10-25 minutes to the main ‘attractions’. Canal Navagli great for nights out. Famous flea market right outside the door twice a week. Saturday the best produce from the region food wise. Downside - building itself & no real shops in nearby walking distance or for convenience. Asked about lift but still have to walk a floor - tough with a disabled human. Worse issue was mosquitoes. Ridiculous amounts. All feasted on. Aircon was non existent (apparently set to 21/22...

"Easy to get a taxi to and from main train terminal with a taxie stand right out front. Plenty of places to eat. Small kitchen allowed a quiet start by making own breakfast We walked the entire district of Milan to Duomo, last supper tour and many other beautiful buildings. Great location for exploring."

"We needed more towels and extra soaps would have been great. Other than that, the place was perfection. We had AC, an elevator, a beautiful large clean fabulous apartment with 2 beautiful modern bathrooms. We did use the washer and dryer. The location was wonderful. Close onto markets. The beds were comfortable. The stay was trouble free!"
