The staff was great and the room was very clean, we did think the room was a good value for the price we booked. We only stayed one night which we came in late and left early so did not get a great chance to really enjoy the room as much.

We just left today and couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and comfortable. The person who helped check us in and with our bags was so very helpful and kind. Easy to get to the metro and nearby restaurants. Would stay here again!

Check in was super easy and our room was ready even though we arrived early. The room was clean ans quiet. We had a king size bed and plenty of closet space/shelves/desk. There is a small elevator and we were both able to fit with our luggage. Great area for restaurants.

We stayed over for a night after visiting Florence and getting a flight from Milan the morning after. I was very pleasantly surprised, the room was very clean, very spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was fantastic. It's in an area of Milan slightly outside the main city centre, which meant it was quieter than staying central but an area still with some fantastic shopping and lots of Milan charm. There is a convenience store about a one minute walk away. It's also only a ten minute walk from the metro if you want to get anywhere. Overall it was a fantastic stay and if (probably when) I return to Milan I'll definitely consider a longer stay here.

I’m booked this to be close to Santa Maria della Gracie (Last Supper). Perfect - easy walking distance. A tram stop close nearby, restaurants a short walk. Slightly difficult to spot as it is on the first floor with unobtrusive entrance, a little hard to spot.

This is not a hotel in the traditional sense in that it is on the second floor of a residential building. However, it has charming friendly staff on reception 24/7. The rooms are simple but a reasonable size and spotlessly clean. I was lucky enough to get a room with a cute balcony. Very well positioned for public transport and also walking to most of the tourist sites. Being a solo traveller it was an excellent price point. I really couldn’t fault it. Oh and ps extra points for providing eco friendly products in the bath room.

Good basic hotel for short stay

We stayed room only. The room was very clean , small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Bed was a bit hard but I don’t mind that. Shower room was ok with toiletries and even a toothbrush. Air con in room was noisy and the bathroom extractor fan was very efficient but loud. It is quiet location, we walked into the tourist areas in about 25 mins. There is a nearby tram stop and metro station about 10 mins away, but we found waiting around was wasting our time so preferred to walk.

Great location and reasonable price

Clean, comfortable bed, great staff, decent breakfast. The neighborhood is really nice, rather quiet and safe. Excellent location. The only issue that I noticed is that the walls are a bit thin. Luckily, other guests were very respectful and quiet most of the time. The bathroom was large and clean. As a traveler on my own, this hotel met my needs, and I'm glad that I stayed there.

A pleasant stay in this typical European property. Breakfast was European and generous. Single premium room had a large balcony. Comfy bed. Some internal noise transfer from corridors. Otherwise quiet. Close enough to walk from the metro.

A pleasant place to stay in Milan

This is a pleasant small hotel, rather old-fashioned, in a quiet area of Milan - staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from the Metro - a 10-minute journey on the Metro to the Duomo.

Spacious room with good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke excellent English. They kindly stored our luggage for the whole day, allowing us to explore freely. The property was clean and well-maintained. Location is convenient, about 15 minutes from the city centre, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Very comfortable hotel in a residential area and fairly close to metro. The rooms very clean and has everything needed. The front desk people very very nice and helpful. There is also 24 hrs someone at reception desk and a very good price value. If we comeback to Milan will definitely stay there

I’ve stayed at numerous hotels during my trip. The Panizza was by far the best. Clean rooms, warm/friendly staff, great breakfast, and (the best part) the mattress was very comfy (no springs shooting into my back and not lumpy). I would happily (and highly) recommend the Panizza!
