"This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign. "Not a clean hotel for me needs some upgrades & it had a very bad smell & as we was going to look at the room. One of the owners was going up there to spray some smell goods in the room acting like he had the wrong room.Well the jokes on you not my type of hotel."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing."

"This property is absolutely disgusting and is a health hazard the dumpsters were overflowing with trash and not just hotel trash, but additional household trash and furniture spilling into the parking lot. The hallways had trash and litter and stains everywhere. Doors to the outside were propped open with garbage bags. The first room I was given, had pet hair all in the sheets and wasn’t clean. "My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through."
