Just had some issues with the hot water and the TV not working. For what it was needed for (a bed & a shower) it was perfect."

"The location is perfect, not the mention the room is sound proof, as well as, spacious for two with the queen sized bed. Staff was friendly and very helpful, willing to help no matter the question. Breakfast where should I begin, it was mediocre and have much of a variety, just words from the wise don't have high expectations at breakfast.... "Maria prepared great breakfast, especially the 2nd day, when she learned what we liked. She already had everything to our taste. Don't be shy to ask to prepare what you like, because it is not a large hotel with huge buffet, and your breakfast hot dishes are made to order. In addition, their anytime coffee, tea, and a large selection of alcoholic drinks was a great unexpected perk/gem. Of course, we didn't abuse that privilege but tried a couple of their Croatian liquors with our coffee. "

"This is a perfect spot for a base to explore Split. This is close to the waterfront and in the heart of the city. Very clean rooms, good WiFi, great shower pressure. Exactly what I needed. The family who owns it loves around the corner, so readily available if you need anything. "
