"Loved everything about it Except the room wasn’t that clean. There was chips on the floor. And it looked like the sheets were not changed. There is hair and sand in the bed. The room was very damp other than that they have a great little courtyard that you can use a grill. They have a great pool and then it is 60 second walk to the beach so that is very highly convenient so love everything about it except for our room the best"

"We enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The staff were helpful at checkin and that’s about all the interaction we had. I liked the location was a bit further away from the hub of Old Orchard Beach."

"Vacances en famille (6 adultes et 6 enfants) Très apprécié notre séjour au Seagrass Inn. Bel accueil, propre et bien équipé pour y passer quelques jours. Motel très bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Aussi, nous avions des chambres au 1er plancher et ce fut vraiment apprécié pour la commodité avec les enfants, merci Seagrass Inn. Nous penserons à nous si revenons à Old Orchard."

"It was a good stay, clean space, nice staff, nice that the beach was right in the back, and the pier was only a 20 min walk. (After a long day of activities it did feel like a very long walk back to the hotel) but it was a great location. Wish the pool was somewhat heated , but the jacuzzi was a very nice touch! Would go back for sure!"

"Right in the beach which was awesome. The room definitely wasn’t spotless but wasn’t terrible. Bed was pretty small, and for the money would have liked it a bit cleaner but overall was fine!"

"Great location right on the beach. Perfect for family trip close by to the Pier and all the restaurants and shops. Resort was great some rooms could use a bit of updating but ours was very good. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely return again."

"The room was not very clean, like a deep cleaning hadn't been done in a long time. Luckily, the location is so convenient, with a very short walk to the pier or beach, that it made up for the room itself, as well as the ample parking in front and in back of the property. There were no curtains in my room, only poorly working blinds, so the sun came right in first thing in the morning."

"The kitchenette had nothing to cook with. Curtains were not properly installed Bathroom was not super clean We had to reach out to get trash bag and toilet paper. Staff was not often available at the office but they were kind. We loved that the motel was near the beach and attractions Pool was fun for the kids We used the barbecue to make our dinner and we appreciate it."

"No office, they send a code to get into your room. Paper thin walls, hardly any privacy at all. $150 hotel fee and no staff or office. No pool, no ocean view. And we were messaged to "take our trash with us" when we left, which explains the absence of trash barrel (a small one in the bathroom, none in the kitchenette). It was convenient to all things OOB and a short walk to the beach. The guy that was the cleaner was very nice."
