De staf is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voorafgaand aan ons vertrek richting Oslo werden we geïnformeerd dat er een staking was, waardoor het restaurant niet open was. "I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The restaurant was amazing, and the sauna and pool were exactly what I needed to unwind after a long flight. Even though I was traveling for business, I loved how central the location was—everything downtown was just a short walk away. I’d absolutely stay here again."

"Excellent value for the money. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable, albeit in the smaller European style. The front desk offered wine and treats, which I took advantage of. The walls between rooms seem to be a little thin, but that will bother only the most sensitive guests (kinda like me). "

"Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"

"My family of four stayed for a few nights, and I’d definitely stay here again. Very convenient location, easy walk to central Oslo, transit, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. "Nadie de los empleados habla español. Teníamos 2 habitaciones y en una le faltaba la cafetera y los albornoces y se lo pedimos 2 veces y solamente nos dejaron la cafetera los albornoces se perdieron por el camino. Estaban en huelga y el bar y el restaurante no lo abrieron ningún día, las instalaciones muy bien."
