"This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. "This is a newish hotel and the things and lobby show it. It's convenient if not right next to the University. "

"We had a great time. If you are used to slippers, robes and an amazing shower it is not your place."

"The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it."

"The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment."

"Nice hotel and staff. Room with king bed was clean, quiet and functional. The room was a little smaller than most that we've stayed in. The mattress was firm and not as comfortable as we had hoped so we didn't sleep great. That was our only complaint."

"Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. "

"Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again."
