"Our room and the rest of the hotel that we saw was very clean. The staff was very professional, inviting and helpful. Breakfast was good with a large selection to choose from. The pool and hot tub was under renovation, but there was a pool available at another facility close by. The parking deck was nice and secure, we were not aware that there was a daily parking fee for the parking deck until check in, that would have been nice to know in advance so that we could plan for that. "The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,...
