"This hotel is great! We stayed there twice because of how much we enjoyed it. The people that work there are phenomenal, every single person that we interacted with was simply amazing; the porters and the front desk people are kind, friendly and always helpful. The localization is perfect, half block from Avenida Paulista, near the subway, lots of places to eat, a shopping mall, Masp museum, coffee places, etc. Paulista avenue closes on Sundays and Holidays so its great to just walk around....

"Renaissance has normally been our go-to hotel in São Paulo, and in the past we have consistently rated it 5 stars. Unfortunately, this stay missed the mark by far. When we arrived, there was a used towel still hanging in the room, which made us question whether the room had been properly checked before our arrival. The room was also not cleaned during our short two-day stay. We called in the early afternoon to let the hotel know that the room had not been cleaned, but housekeeping was only sent...

"We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. "Location is exclellent and easy access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a lot of options, but they didn’t provide toaster or grill to warm bread specially during winter season everything was cold. Overall I had a good stay, I recommend this hotel."

If I could think of one negative it could the gym. The equipment could use an update but a Smart Fit was across the street which was a really good gym connected to a great mall."
