"Room was very clean and a good size. Not much natural light with it being an interior room but as I was out most of the day that wasn’t a problem. All staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice, though was shut one of the days I was there. Breakfast was good and served quick but a few items I was told were printed on the menu by mistake so less choice than I thought. "

"The hotel was superb. A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Just minutes from the Plaza de la Reina and within walking distance of all the main sights and just a 10 minute taxi ride to the beach. But also super quiet as in a little side road set back from the main hubbub. The room was one of the best we have stayed in. It was so big and the facilities were excellent (large comfortable bed, super comfortable pillows, even had a small kitchen area). The breakfast selection was small...

"Clean and smart studio in a great location for exploring Valencia city centre. There's not a lot of storage space for clothes/luggage and nowhere except the floor to put your toothbrush and toiletries in the bathroom, but for a short stay it's fine. Before the trip I was nervous about the automated check-in process and absence of staff on site, but everything worked perfectly."

"It was OK. Our room (309) was one of the smaller ones, despite being a larger 'premium room'. The bathroom needed maintenance. The roughly patched ceiling and rotten door frames weren't great. The selection at breakfast buffet was good, but the service was inconsistent. One day staff were great - another day we were ignored. The 'free bottle of wine' was actually a bottle of water."
