"Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops"

Seul inconvénient la réception était fermée à notre arrivée, on a dû attendre 30min. Aucun numéro ne fonctionnait. Si vous passez par Expedia, pensez à contacter l'hébergement, ils vous donneront des informations. Expedia ne donne pas votre numéro de téléphone."

"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

"We stayed one night before catching an early (6am) flight. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Central so easy to access the old town of Heraklion, and to find restaurants in easy walking distance. The ride to the airport was only about 11 or 12 minutes. It is central, and so there was street noise for much of the night so if you want quiet choose somewhere else."

He suggested an amazing breakfast place and also arranged a taxi for us which was very kind. The place itself is bang in the centre of Heraklion old town and a walk to the Morosini Fountain. Highly recommended."
