The host communicated well before the check-in date with logistics- it seemed automatic, not a person, but did not provide details to help find the unit once we arrived. If I had one suggestion, it would be to reduce the amount of desserts and sweets offered and replace with more hot food options such as waffles/pancakes, omelets to order etc. however, this was low season so I guess there is a concern about wastage "

"The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. "

"Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10."

It had a reverse cycle air conditioner which came in handy overnight when it got colder. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The kitchen had a mid-sized bar fridge. "
