"Hotel staff was excellent. Valet needs more education about surrounding area - could not assist with directions when asked. Housekeeping was excellent and cleaned our room just as quickly as we exited for the day. Room service attendants were friendly and professional. Restaurant food was nice. One of our favorite places to stay on the River Walk."

"Very convenient location. Breakfast was great, staff was very nice. Only thing to be aware of is parking, they only allow 1 vehicle per room, so if you’re meeting someone you might want to double check parking availability with the hotel. Also, if your vehicle is taller than a standard sized truck it may not fit."

"The Inn on the Riverwalk is a very nice property located on a street that dead ends at the riverwalk. There is almost no traffic and the area is nice and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was quite good. Overall, our stay was great."

"The hotel was nice, but we had our room of the side of the cathedral, pretty but extremely noisy. We have been to the Riverwalk several times, but this was the first time that where the hotel is located was super noisy all night. The street noise, cars, car music was very loud throughout the night. We will probably skip this hotel in the future.
