"Hotel is in a great location. Close enuf to walk down the riverwalk and far enuf to avoid the chaos of the nightlife. Booking our vacation through a third party there was confusion finding our reservations. Thankfully we checked ahead of time and the confusion was remedied. But upon arrival there was still confusion as to whether I still owed money or not. Had to show proof of the reservation made by the manager that got cleared up.
