"The room is excellent. The Oak and Amber had good food and good service, but had some problems. The tables for two are too long and make conversation difficult becasue of the distance between the seats. It was also hard to hear the wait staff because the room has a very high ceiling and the sound just disappears. Finally, the tables have no table cloths, which I expect at a luxury restaurant. "This was a great place to stay. Just a few minutes walk to the River Walk and all kinds of shops. The room was clean, and breakfast was a buffet of sausage/bacon, potatoes, eggs, tacos, and a bunch of other food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Even though the hotel was empty, they gave us room right next to the elevator. We could hear the elevator sound entire night, so we could hardly get any sleep. The mattress on the pull out was also in a terrible condition. I recommend any family of 4 staying make sure before hand to get a room far from the elevator and make sure the condition of mattress in the suite with pullout couch. Regards"
