"Sheets had "hair pieces " at least 10. Toilet had toilet paper in it. The AC/heater(living room ) rattled throughout the night. Tub filled up. Right out the windows was the apartment neighbors window. It was sold out for the night so no switching rooms"

"A beautiful and welcoming hotel. Elegant entryway and smelled lovely. Room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated- I felt I was at a small studio I lived in. Loved the location and proximity to shopping and services in downtown area. I parked there and felt very safe. Staff were very helpful."

"As an older couple we were given a room at the furthest end of the hotel and overlooking a construction site. I don't believe the hotel was sold out. A closer room would have been greatly appreciated. The door to the room took brute force to push down and open. The microwave door wouldn't open after we heated water for tea, my husband finally unplugged it and it reset itself."
