"The noise level on the second floor that has some handicaped rooms was BAD. Not from street noise or people in the pool but the cooling system. It did a great job of keeping the room cold but rattled and roared all night. It didnt get better after I tried to turn it off. On the other hand the staff was helpful with the luggage carts and the breakfast was very nice. I was happy to find that there was covered, lighted parking available for $20 a night because there was a large amount of foot...

"The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was very friendly! The exhaust fan in our room didn’t work which made the bathroom very steamy! The vent in the entry way by the closet dripped water, I’m assuming from the A/C. It was very hot and humid when we were there in June. Overall, I thought it was a safe place to stay for a decent price."

"Didn't read the small print showing check in time ends at 12 midnight, called Expedia at 2 am when we arrived later than expected to. Staff was nice enough to come to the door to get us checked in even after front lobby was locked. The room was good except for minor comsemetic issues, laminate on table was peeling and caught on us a couple times, and broken lamp. We rented the room days ahead of time and checked in with 5 people the room said sleeps 5, but with myself, husband, 2 teenage girls...

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "

"Room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the beachfront access was very dirty. I wish they would keep it clean and maintained. We had to walk far from the hotel to have beech access."

"The hotel was exceptionally average considering what it cost. The room I happened to book was an accessible room (it was one of the only rooms available) that had a big bathroom that had no ventilation fan, and if you used the shower the floor got wet no matter how careful you were. The lack of ventilation and wet bathroom meant there was mold in the caulking along the shower and the whole room was excessively humid. Other than that, the hotel was nice enough, the staff were pleasant and...
