"The service was first class. From the minute we arrived, Filipa made us feel as if we were the most important guests in the world. Super helpful, greeting us each morning with bottles of water to start our day, directions, reservations, etc. She and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were well appointed, incredibly clean with large bathrooms for a European hotel. Breakfast was included and everything was made fresh to order. We can't wait to go back!"

"Hotel was nice, room was nice but small. Make sure you request a room on the opposite side of the neighboring building that is under construction. We were subjected to jackhammers, drills, yells, and other machinery all day long until 9pm the days we were there. I may have misunderstood the amenity of 24/7 shuttle to airport as I was under the impression it was complimentary but it was €80 for the car ride, one way, to the airport for our family. You will be better off calling a taxi or an Uber...

"We loved the hotel, it was so welcoming the staff were all friendly and willing to help the breakfast was very good lots of choice. It was very clean and the room was big and airy. The spa was a lovely bonus and the pool was really nice yo use after a day of walking. The hotel is also very central to everything easy walking distance to most things, don't forget to wear flat shoes due to the cobbles and steep hills . Definitely recommend"

Housekeeping and Butler service 24/7. We were treated like family, staff knowing and greeting us by name and warm smiles. We have travelled a lot and this hotel will be hard to top!!! "We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisboa. The building has an elevator, which made coming and going with luggage so much easier, and it's located on a flat street — a real plus in a city known for its hills! The location is fantastic, with shops and restaurants just steps away. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Our favorite feature, though, was the balcony — it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, watch the sunset over the city, and enjoy a bit of people...
