"On East Houston Street. Easy access to the East Village. Russ and Daughters (bagels) nearby; large Whole Foods a couple of blocks away. Very nice roof deck with large portion of it covered. Room was small, but adequate - I was only there for a couple of nights. Bed comfortable. New York is expensive and there are more luxurious accommodations elsewhere - for a couple hundred dollars more per night! I'd stay here again."

"The staff are all extremely friendly, the hotel is beautiful decorated, and you can’t beat the location. You are directly across from Washington square park and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and comedy shows. Hotel also offers an airport shuttle for a flat fee. Hotel rooms are basic but clean. Only down side was the shower. The pressure isn’t great (but maybe that was just our room). Otherwise, we were happy with our stay!"

"The cleaning was notably awful, they would come in and make the bed and leave everything the way it is, the floor, empty bottles of water on the floor, crumbs on bedside table. Location is good, they make u pay for their pool regardless if u use it or not with is hefty (summer and winter). We stayed at a high floor which was a nice view Manhattan skyline. I would avoid it next time unless the price is unmissable. "

"I had such an amazing experience staying at the Moxy Lower East Side. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, vibrant, and incredibly well maintained, but what truly made this stay exceptional was the customer service. Every single interaction felt warm and genuine, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. I especially want to recognize Jordan, Jess, and Sydney, who were all absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. No matter the time of day, they were consistently kind, patient, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with positive energy and made every question or request feel important. It’s rare these days to come across a team that creates such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, but this hotel absolutely does. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience, and it made such a difference during our trip. Because of people like Jordan, Jess, and Sydney, this hotel stands out from so many others. The location is fantastic, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, the vibe throughout the property is fun and energetic, and the overall experience exceeded expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending the Moxy Lower East Side to friends and family. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. "
