"Wonderful staff, incredible room, scrumptious breakfast. The only hotel to stay in when in Cairo"

"Spacious and clean rooms and the Nile view is great. The food service is a bit slow. On the day we left there was a pipe burst on a higher floor, it caused a massive flood! A huge amount of water flooded both stairwells and the elevators were shut down. We had to leave for our flight, only one person came up to help after long wait and we took the rest of the stuff ourselves as we had no other options as the worker took forever to come up to take the bags but we understand this wasn’t easy and...

"Great place to stay!!"

"The staff were amazing very helpful , everything was good they only thing I don’t like it’s no internet and they bed sheets cover were old not clean"

"The hotel was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff stole our passports and my handbag. When we complained, they secretly put the bag back as if nothing had happened. Another guest at the hotel experienced the same thing with their phones. We were able to watch the CCTV footage, which clearly showed that we brought the bag into the hotel. Less than an hour later, while we were having breakfast, it had suddenly disappeared. Instead of taking responsibility, all the staff and the hotel...

"Annoying worker I ordered food delivery and he stayed 30 min and they didnt allow him to bring it to my room or they bring it and i had to go down to collect it Rooms are old and water is dirty"

"Good"

"The hotel is well maintained, conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. It is clean and quiet. The staffs are very helpful and willing to help. Our group of 12 all enjoyed our stay. I will stay here again next year when in Cairo."

"An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience—10/10 recommendation!"

"Very nice property."

"The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. "

"Thanks for the great hospitality"

"Great location, friendly staff, up-to-date and well-maintained property. No complaints. My favorite was the rainfall showerhead. Haha! Would stay there again."

"After arrival my reservation was not found and the room that I had paid for was occupied but the staff handled the situation greatly and upgraded the room for the bigger, and according to them, better one. I could stay in that room the whole length of my stay."
