"Very quaint, we loved it. We stayed in the cottage which was very comfortable, clean and nicely done. the location be within minutes to walk downtown. "
"What's not to like about this property? It's close to the Lightner Museum and the hop-on hop-off trolley, making getting to all the popular attractions a breeze. The Victorian style of this Inn is a tribute to the past, with modern touches. And the STAFF. Second to none. Shasha made our stay memorable with her hospitality. I can't say enough about Cedar House Inn. Highly recommend it. "

"Husband and I have stayed in various B&Bs in St. Augustine. This was our first stay with Carriage Way but it will return.
Our room was in the Centennial House across the street but didn't seem neglected at all.
Though we do not drink wine, to see it along with soda and bottled water offered freely was unexpected.
We did not take advantage of the provided games nor the dining table but did enjoy morning coffee on the sun porch before strolling around town.

"Room was very nice. Clean. Roomy. Convenient location. Breakfast was awesome. But our room shower (room 109) had one issue. The safety rubber strips on the shower floor were practically worn off therefore it was very slippery in the shower. Kind of unsafe."

"We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always eager to assist in anyway. The grounds were beautiful old brick walks with gardens and fountains. The atmosphere of the property was very restful and soothing."
"Beautiful waterfront with marina for the boating crowd and more.
Very nice Little resort - clean room. Check in and out was easy. Coffee and ice and mini fridge in room. Bed sheets pillows all very comfortable. Lovely water views and sunrise. Nice little patio as well. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for having us! "

"Totally delighted with our two night stay here. 5 stars to the staff, the atmosphere of this historic property, comfort, and breakfast experience. The porches and complimentary wine, brandy, and snacks offered a perfect respite in the afternoon after a day of exploring the sights and shopping in the historic district of the city. The location made everything walkable and the free parking was a plus. Don't think twice....book!"

"Fantastic, authentic property. Pat made us feel welcome from the first minute. Cookies and wine, fantastic gourmet breakfast and lovely pool. Spacious room in a gorgeous period property. Comfortable walking distance to local sites. Really couldn’t ask for more. We’ll certainly remember this stay for a long time!"
