"I was bringing my family for the first time to India and Rajkot. Our stay at the Marasa Sarovar portico was a memorable one. We had arrived after a very tiring trip and we were exhausted. We arrived in the early hours and although the check in time was 2 pm, the front desk assistant Sourabh made sure we were taken good care of and we had a early check in. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Very clean hotel and well maintained. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Rooftop restaurant...

"Fantastic stay. Location was great if need to access city, can get taxi easy, rooms clean and good working AC. Bed comfortable and all staff helpful. Was there for a 2 week stay and will be back. The food was perfect and traditional Indian taste and roti was nice. Keep it up! "

"Generally, this stay of 6 days became more comfortable as we asked for things that were missing. The property is very run down, and. does not match the photos on Expedia. The complimentary breakfast in the front of the menu turned out not to apply to us. Breakfast. coffee /tea pot was not enough for two people. The shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes not. Taxi drivers etc found this property difficult to locate."

"This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! "
