"This hotel is located in northern Massachusetts in a place where land is not expensive and surrounded by trees near a community college; in other words, semi rural. Yet they charge $10 per night for parking, which I found both odd and annoying. The layout is strange, the directional signage both outside and inside is lacking, and the hotel is very generic. But the room was large and clean, the sheets were nice and the bathroom was good. And it was quiet. All in all, just fine for someone...

I felt the pre-checkin was clunky for this hotel. My main issues were that 1) the lobby and hallways were heavily perfumed—instant headache. We had to have the windows open the whole time.
