"This Inn is a gem! "

"Listed as Northshore Hotel and when we arrived found out it was a motel, and under the name Knights Inn. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers were all empty. I could tell they were trying to renovate which is great, but being upfront about it being a motel is important. We had a toddler that was woken up multiple times by slamming car doors right outside the room. I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known it was a motel."

"The room was clean, but the outside of the building our room was in, behind the inn, was run down and the back of the inn was in disrepair. Not a very pleasant experience. "

"The rooms are tiny and the beds are not very comfortable. We were on the street side of the hotel and the traffic noise was very loud starting at 4:45 a.m."

"The property, front desk and valet staff were great. However, I was charged for Wi-Fi and Valet Parking....when both were included with my stay. I have left 2 voicemails and 1 email with the accounting/billing office but received no response. This is extremely frustrating and I don't think I will be back. There are many other great hotels in Boston."

"Great breakfast and cool vibe. Our room's heating system was loud and blew air uncomfortably, and there was a a leak in the shower stall as well as evidence of a leak in the ceiling. Needs a little maintenance. But the bed was comfy and the kitchenette useful. Staff pleasant and friendly."

"All staff from checkin to housekeeping were very professional. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in, and we have travelled extensively. Highly recommended ."
