"We requested breakfast boxes due to early day trip with the front desk staff. However, the kitchen staff didn't have any idea of our request; they simply gave us some takeaway boxes for us to pack food ourselves. This delayed our departure, plus we couldn't pack any drink. "

"The staff are super friendly and even if they are not able to converse in English, we used an app translator or someone else on the staff. Location is ideal for us, within 10 min walk to the Muslim Quarter but far enough to not hear the noise. Plenty of restaurants around the area, pharmacies, fruit shops etc. The Air Conditioning in our room was not great - we never got around to reporting it as we left the windows open and it didnt get too warm at nights. Breakfast selection was good....

"This was an excellent stay. While I was initially concerned because I couldn't get in contact with a representative before arrival to let them know about our late flight time, it wasn't a problem as the desk upstairs was staffed even at 2AM. Better yet, when we had an issue with our Alipay for the cab and the driver couldn't make change (and wouldn't accept extra payment) the desk was able to break a larger bill so we could get him on his way. Check-in did take a bit of time, I think the girls...

"Wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht. Als wir angekommen sind, wurde uns ein drittes Extra Bett angeboten. Ohne Aufpreis, das fanden wir klasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten im Leben der Stadt. Ein Punkt möchten wir noch erwähnen, der aber nicht die Bewertung einfloss, weil alles andere einfach top war. Der Lichtschalter für Bad und Klo ist etwas ungünstig angebracht, so dass man ihn nicht...

"Most of the staff were able to speak english which is rare to find in China. The staff made our stay comfortable and helped us to arrange transportation to terracota and train station. The hotel even equipped us with hotel card to make it easier for tourist communicate to taxi driver. The size of the room is huge and comfortable. we do pay extra for buffet breakfast, but the quality and taste was okay."

It has its own beautiful campus with 5 other 5 star hotels along with beautiful gardens around. The buildings really look grand and from an different era.
