"The staff was super friendly. It's too bad they don't have any staff that speaks English but we used Google translate and WeChat translate and it worked out fine. Rooms we're immaculate everyday and roomy. We used the laundry facilities and partook in the sumptuous breakfast and the afternoon tea when we were in the area. And as we checked out, they gave us parting gifts. What a great surprise! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Xian again and I would highly recommend this...

"客房整潔，職員熱情，會主動打招呼。早餐品種也多，就是咖啡機有點慢，經常排長龍。😅"

"We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with really delicious food. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, and they surprised us with a couple of nice little gifts during our stay. Our room was very spacious, fitted with big windows. Lots of natural light flooded in, making the room...

"Sauberes, ruhiges und großes Zimmer mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir wurden auch vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit in unser Zimmer eingelassen. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel sehr nah am muslimischem Viertel sowie am Glockenturm und einer Einkaufsmeile."

"The reason why we picked this hotel was due to the location and it did not fail. This hotel is located conveniently near restaurants and the Muslim quarters. The staff at the hotel was very professional and kind, even with the language barrier. We used a translator app with no issues. We picked a two bed room and we were given the room with a kids play area (traveling with no kids). We didn’t mind at all. We cared about the space and the cleanliness. "Great location, helpful staff not so good breakfast"

"OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. I fell in love with the balcony that came with my room, the perfect spot to enjoy some tea. It was great value for money, too. If I return to Xi’an, I’ll definitely stay...
